In Modiin, in addition to the Hesder Yeshiva, operates a center to strengthen Jewish identity, called "Nahalat Shai," and is headed by Rabbi Shenvald, the Rosh Yeshiva.
One of the center's most important activities is strengthening the religious soldier - in cooperation with the military Rabbinate.
On Tuesday, a meeting for Rabbis and lecturers of the Institute was held on the Yeshiva Campus, during which there were lectures and discussions on how to strengthen the religious soldier in light of the challenges of today's army.
