Closing ceremony for the Combat Paramedic’s Course

On Monday, our Yeshiva students - Modi'in Hesder Yeshiva -

completed the military part of the combat paramedic’s course.

This is the last stage of the paramedic training course for Yeshiva students.

Our students will start their military service as combat paramedics

in the Paratroopers Brigade, Golani Brigade, Kfir Brigade and the Desert Reconnaissance Battalion

currently fighting in Gaza, on the Lebanese border and in Judea and Samaria.

The Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Eliezer Shenvald

joined them and participated with them in the closing ceremony.

He praised them for their achievements as Bnei Torah and as paramedics

on their way to serve in the IDF as combat paramedics and save the lives of combatants in battle.

The Yeshiva wishes them success

and prays that Hashem shall guard their going and their coming,⁠ from now and forevermore.

Our students completed a Combat Medic Course

Last week our students:

Shilo Lifshitz, Matanel Silverstein and Eran Todrashevich

completed a combat medic course

and will serve as combat medics in the Golani and paratroopers brigades.

Shlomo Ben-Hamu is completing a company medic course this week

and will serve as a company combat medic in the Golani.

The Yeshiva wishes them great success

and prays that they shall remain not busy

and will not have to take care of any wounded.


Rabbi More joins a Military Rabbinical course

Rabbi Ariel More, a reserve fighter in an Artillery Battalion,

has been serving in the reserves since Simchat Torah.

Rabbi More decided to join a Military Rabbinical course

and serve as the military Rabbi of his battalion in the reserves.

The Yeshiva wishes him great success,

and prays that he will be able to work as a Rabbi during times and not during war.
