High School Seniors coming to experience the Yeshiva this Shabbat

In preparation for Shabbat,

a 'Mishmar' was held throughout the night until Vatikin.

On Shabbat, the Yeshiva will host a group of High school Seniors

who are interested in learning about the Yeshiva,

Meet the Rabbis, and students,

and will participate in the Yeshiva's classes,

Oneg Shabbat as part of the Yeshiva.

The topic of Shabbat:

"What is our contribution to our world?"


Bnei Akiva Lapid Modi'in Yeshiva High School came for a morning Seder

This week we hosted a class of High School Seniors

from Bnei Akiva Lapid Modi'in Yeshiva High School

for a morning of Yeshiva study.

The students joined the Yeshiva students,

studying with them in a morning seder.

The seder began with the Rosh Yeshiva's weekly shiur,

followed by a panel of Lapid Yeshiva graduates 

joined by students serving in the Golani Brigade in Lebanon.

In a Zoom conversation, they talked about their experience at the Yeshiva,

as Modi'in residents studying at the Yeshiva.

And with Rabbi Uri Polovin, Yeshiva Rabbi and a graduate of Yeshiva Lapid.

And with Rabbi Shahar Kihan, who also serves as a community Rabbi

in one of the largest communities in the city.

At the end of the morning, the students joined the Rosh Yeshiva's general shiur.


Activity at the AMIT Modi'in Boys High School

This week we held a special activity at the

AMIT Modi'in High School for boys.

The Rosh Yeshiva prayed with the students

and gave a talk to all the students after.

Afterward, there was a talk with the High School Seniors about choosing a path for next year.

The Rosh Yeshiva shared his experiences with the students.

Then there was a conversation of about an hour with Yishai Tahvilian,

the Yeshiva's contact person, during which he explained to the students

how they can choose the path that best suits them.
