Mr. Howard Glowinsky from Toronto

who donated the Matzot in memory of his grandfather

Abraham Chaim Ben Abraham Z'L

This year, becuse of the war,

a special emphasis was placed to mark the heroism of IDF soldiers

and the families on the home front.

Recruitment to the Golani and Paratroopers Brigades

This week, students from Shiur Bet

were enlisted in the Golani Brigade and Paratroopers Brigade.

The students with their parents,

together with the Yeshiva Rabbis,

gathered in the Bakum (IDF Reception and Sorting Base)

There Akiva finished the Tractate of Brachot from the Jerusalem Talmud.

After the end, the recruits started dancing with their friends and parents.

Rabbi Shahar,

blessed his students, and the Rosh Yeshiva

talked to them and their parents about the importance of service

with a fighting spirit and firm faith.

The Yeshiva family wishes them all

Good luck and May Hashem guard their going and coming

from now on and forever.
